At this point, It seems pretty obvious .10-.15 is the target. I would say that could happen no later than June/July. Saying December, 2013 is too long of a wait to go from .03-.10-.15. It's too much of a risk to come up as much as we did such as investing $1000 and seeing a capital gain of $30,000 just to hold that amount, hopeing to see as much as $150,000 and losing it all while we wait month(s) longer than experts predicted.

What sense do that make?
