Yes I do believe that to be the case. Do I think there are those that were fooled along time ago by dean by jeff, yes. Do I feel there is an attempt as seen by $5 paint jobs down or trades for a profits of $4-$10 as that of manipulation, sure do. so my point is when it changes as fast as the PPS then it is obvious it is not because of information some were fooled along time ago.
