Stewart Sytner has produced "several millions" counterfeits of the watch, and has formed a new company called WATCH on the island of Fiji. Using a secret process developed by headhunters from Paupau, New Guinea, Sytners new company melts down gold nuggets mined by another one of his companies, and produces the gold plated "Pino Watch".
