IDLM doesn't break out legal or auditor fees on their 10s. They are included in "Selling, general, and administrative".
And regarding other companies that have registered under 1934 Act after going dark, I was only able to come up with a handful of companies in the past few years. Either I missed some, or the opportunities for experts here to have consulted on such registrations have been relatively rare... Still, if I did miss some -- and if they were so much faster than what IDLM and the ones I found are going through -- then perhaps that explains why the expenses were so much lower?
