I think you are way off, but I cannot prove it. So, once again, we disagree. My understanding is that legal needs to get involved on every re-submission, every meeting, etc. Auditor needs to sign off on every change in accounts as well. If you can find legal/audit people who will handle 1934 Act re-registration for under $50k, perhaps IDLM management would like to hear those suggestions?
