...trying to get a copy of the BK Disclosure Statement...

...this would outline the settlement or at least refer to the settlement and cite some confidentiality request in not giving specific terms of the settlement or the "11 vs 7" explanation but the $200MM Net Liquidation Proceeds would be determined to be real......

...the $10 p/s value does not include anything from BAC really......the $10 projected value is the $2.65 NLP and then $8.00 +/- worth of preferred stock in FCNCA ($250MM in preferred stock divided by the 29MM shares)............................I know it sounds PREPOSTEROUS but who knows.........something's going on............

...and Mrs. Pinko, I really do like the $800 shoes concept.....and if this FCNCA settlement is real.................you'll be calculating the sales tax on this year's fashion style of mink..........pink mink......... BIGTIME........................
