Roskamp has not sold. He has "registered" a portion of his holdings so that he can sell. At least that is the story told emphatically by someone on Yahoo who sounds like he is knowledgeable in this arena. That being the case, he may be expecting the share price to pop and he plans to use the opportunity to take his cost basis off the table. (I think it would take a share price of $18 to $20 per share for him to get his cost basis back with a 250K share sale.) smile

In any event, there are many reasons to sell and it is only a small portion of his holdings so, "No, I am not concerned."
