Chessplayer: I don't believe that the price has dipped below 0.17 even on an intraday price for 4 years. If it did, it would be recorded as a low price (which includes intraday).

Sometimes sites report a range for the same day that is not correct. I know that Yahoo's daily prices sometimes go above or below the actual shares traded, although their historical prices seem to be accurate.

You might want to look at this as the official prices for last November, which show nothing traded below 0.17 (although nothing opened or closed that low).
