This is exactly what my problem is, fundamentals do not work at all and since ht ecompany is busy doing business!! The MMs are having a ball..Nothing or Noone knows what to expect and how long to hold for..It is a problem to ponder upon at best!!

Never see failure as failure, but only as a learning experience..
