Just a hunch.

We all know the testing started a while ago.
We know that TSL said it's the best ETD technology they've seen (at last something along these lines).
From experience I know that TSL is slow from TG to NY.

Don't know how many weeks but I highly doubt it's months.
I have little doubt they will certify based on TSL contents (if true of course).
