Please tell us how filing the S-1 PROTECTS KATX. The S-1 merely announces the distribution of BVIG bonus shares. If you think Ken Stead has the brains to set a short trap, you are hallucinating. And besides that -- setting short traps is ILLEGAL. Monkey-doodle games like that are not allowed. It is called STOCK MANIPULATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
