CEO of this ridiculous house of smoke, mirrors and charades is simply one guy, one desk, one cell phone and one po box. I know Tom Makmann personally and live in the same town as him and have watched his continual rip-off of investors for years. He simply gets a co to agree to let him try and raise them some capital and then does a PR stint as if he is "in" on their potential success. They never succeed because they are usually smoke and mirrors themselves. He sells stock when the price goes up after his Press Release while he looks for another "joint venture" to sick on unsuspecting potential share purchasers. Russia Oil??? Are you kidding me? He has never successfully raised money in ANY of his dealings. Do a little research people? His life is failures, foreclosures and write offs. Why he has never been called on the carpet for his pranks is beyond me. Big enough to rip people off but not big enough to catch the attention of the feds.
