Thanks for this post as it is a discussion I've had on this board before.......and there really is only one logical conclusion..

I'd like to reiterate that. The Q3 filing was not required to be in by Dec 15. However, KMAG went ahead and filed it anyway. It wasn't even NECESSARY for Reid to, allegedly, throw himself under the SEC bus with that filing. So why do it? The answer is Reid and KMAG aren't lying and have nothing to hide.
