I do not think CCAJ is now an empty shell because the business has been removed. What will SEC say ahout this?

If that is the case then it is a big ponzi game..set up a company, inject in a business, sell lots of shares, then take out the factory and business and bye-bye.

OTCBB is still governed by SEC and hence all the filings.
