not sure about colorado but im in wash st (seattle) and its a $100 fine if caught in public with cannabis. Its legal to do at home and thats about it but the seattle police chief and king county were basically instructed to let people off with warnings. pierce county and snohomish ( 30 miles north and 30 miles south of seattle) will still give you the $100 fine. Soo not sure you could light up at husky stadium, century link field or safeco field as they are all non smoking anyway but you could sure take your edibles in or possibly even vape it if you have a small enough device
