Yeah sometimes if enough complaints come in and evidence of fraud is presented they can decide to make it a case- I think the SEC picks & chooses there battles. the problem is these guys are in China and they no longer file anything with the SEC- maybe we see this ticker get revoked someday because of inactivity or possibly the SEC suspends this in a group suspension with other Chinese companies- Im not sure this one will ever have a happy ending-based on the number of companies that pulled similiar style dissapearing acts or fake financials etc.. out of China its hard to go after all of them.
