Mr. Tellier started working as a licensed realtor and mortgage broker in Canada in 1996. From September 1996 to October 1997, as Mortgage Broker, he was instrumental in securing hundreds of millions of dollars in bridge financing for large-scale real estate construction projects. Mr. Tellier’s hands-on construction experience and years of extensive knowledge in residential and commercial construction projects has attributed to his success in creating some of the most sought after residential and commercial developments in Canada.
Upon relocating to Costa Rica in 1999, Mr. Tellier decided to explore his passion for the environment which led to him becoming a financial investor in Emerald Marketing Limited, where he was President from February 2000 to March 2008. Mr. Tellier continued to pursue his interest in for the creation of alternative energy storage technologies, including next-generation technology, reforestation, reduction of pollution and a more efficient means of recycling have resulted in educating the public of the benefits to our planet of "Going Green."
Envisioning the unlimited growth potential offered in Costa Rica for the development of real estate projects and the need to enhance the country's infrastructure, Mr Tellier was instrumental in securing bridge financing. In March 2008, Mr. Tellier founded Gap Investors Ltda, and founded Gap Real Estate in October 2009, which are both operating successfully to date with him as Founder and President.
Gap Investors Ltda is a Costa Rican company (Registration No. 3-102-258902), founded in 2008, specializing in brokering secured equity loans to provide funds for a borrower in Costa Rica.
Home equity loans are used by homeowners to unlock some of their real estate value to meet their cash flow needs, for uses such as home improvements, consolidate debts, pay for major purchases such as vehicles, and much more. The same concept is applied to commercial lending for companies in need of cash to finance operations growth or for commercial property owners to provide necessary maintenance (such as roof repair) or improvement to their commercial rental properties to maximize rental income.
