either kim is going be the one going toe to toe with a dupont or he is not..make up your mind...

you are bragging that kim is all that as a lawyer...but if he is going to simply beg some firm to take it on contingency because hes broke, then who cares what kim has done in the past?...its useless...

if kim IS going to do it himself, then its going to take up a lot of his time....a LOT...dupont will see to that...and since hes the only one employed by kblb, who's going to pick up the slack?...ben?...lol...he hardly seems able to tear himself away from his xbox long enough to answer e- mails and whisper sweet nothings over the phone...

and i wouldnt maje a big deal about kims ability anyway...according to a post earlier, pretty much anyone can do it...haha
