CDR as I tried to post on RB but had technical difficulties, CG has violated SEC regs.

If Arthur Levitt is correct regarding Lebed than CG has some explaining to do.

It is true that CG might not have directly profitted from any change in share price, but he is effectively the CEO as such is required to follow SEC requirements.

I expect to make the complaint to SEC by early next week.
