Hard to explain, San. The mill is sitting in a county with high unemployment filled with people from mining families that want to work. Progress on the mill has been printed in the local papers. I used to super jobs out of state years ago. HR was set up and it took me about a day to show up in a strange town and hire a good local crew just using word of mouth. That area is filled with old guys that know what they are doing and young guys willing to learn. I won't be doing it, but it's easy. Guyer knows HR.

As far as equipment goes? Have to wait and see what they come up with.

Some of the reserves are in the 10Q under restricted cash of $515K. This refers to the old ponds they paid bond on - you'll notice a lot of work was focused on these ponds last fall. Once reclamation is complete this cash is no longer restricted.

Following this stock is kind of like playing chicken on the freeway. There's a lot of traffic to keep your eye on and you better eat lots of fiber.
