I believe that Barry and Lisa will remain with the company and prove to one and all that a single voice of disgruntled employee is not an insightful discourse of reason but rather a hateful, spiteful and soon to be jailed criminal screaming foul. Grushkin has violated his NDA, SEC rules and acted with malicious intent. He was the filer of the 8k and 10k so was he lying then, lying now or lying always.
