LEAKS

Desti you haven't done anything in terms of LEAKS. Given there were LEAKS then they would have come from the only person that sees the data and puts out the press releases. If that individual continued to LEAK information for a number of years knowing that it would get out to the market and provide some investors with an non level playing field than that individual should be brought to justice.

IN fact that person should not be allowed to trade in EXS stock nor allowed to run a public company.

You have provided me with food for thought. I may come out of retirement to pursue this situation with legal experts.

Do you have additional information of substance I can use to provide to my attorneys?

How can you defend a such an individual?
