GDSM is a company that will never uplist, and has multiple SEC complaints filed against it. It claims to have an unsubstantiated 5% stake in a mine (Azurite) that is being promoted using a fake mining engineer's report. GDSM is indeed a POS.

GDSM has nothing - no assets, no mines, no expertise, no gold, no chance in hell of ever uplisting, and no evidence of a merger in the works. It is simply an empty shell of a company that has never kept its promises about anything. Last year's optimistic schedule of sampling, mining, etc. - all went by the wayside.
