Only if there was a short squeeze. As Capt. has hypothesized, it could be the IH's and MMs are cooperating in not applying any pressure.

Shorts are quite good at covering without applying undue pressure. Add in no news, worries (unwarranted IMO) about de-listing, folks tired of promises, promises, ...

No place for buying pressure to come from.
