Why would SEC investigate AAPT?

• A lack of current, accurate, or adequate
information about the company, for example,
when a company is not current in its filings of
periodic reports;

They are fully reporting. It's ugly, but it's all there for all to see.

• Questions about the accuracy of publicly
available information, including in company press
releases and reports, about the company’s current
operational status, financial condition, or business
transactions;

You have to be a hawk when reading their PR's. Seemingly written by lawyers to avoid writing any untruths. Can anyone point out lies in their PR's?

• Questions about trading in the stock, including
trading by insiders, potential market manipulation,
and the ability to clear and settle transactions in
the stock.

Nope, excluding Grushkin of course.

So on what grounds would the SEC investigate AAPT?
