DVFXF: Share Consolidation: Under the Consolidation, the existing common shares of Diversified were consolidated on the basis of one post-consolidation share for every 25,000,000 pre-consolidation shares. The consideration to be paid to shareholders will be $0.00071 CAD per each pre-consolidation share that does not form part of a new common share.
