so then by what you stated earlier that they just dump the shares as soon as they get them is incorrect right? So they do have to wait a set amount of time before they can sell them right? So when that time comes they want to make a profit right? So when they sell them they want the share price much higher then what they were given them for right? Seems pretty simple to me. No need to over complicate things here.
