I've read the case, on paper plaintiff violated the contract, on the phone so to speak defendant violated a promise - what came first? ...either way the business relation is F'd; two parties won't get along...back to orig point, move to favorable jurisdiction, trip 0 ... I've kept busy making plenty of money on low risk investments no need to change a winning formula ...so far small movement today reflects my cautious sentiment ...insiders will have first gauge / upper hand Monday
