Yes, it's tempting. I've lost on others when I averaged down, but in this case it looks brighter just because they're doing something to produce future cash flow. Maybe it will come in soon enough to avoid further dilution. If it does, then a RS won't be needed.

The worst part of this is not hearing positive news often enough.
