How about the fact that Eric said AAPT can't produce a single bar when clearly they have sold plenty?
Highstakes has like 200 of the things and has photo evidence of the same.
At the very least Eric was being deceptive in that language.

How about the fact that Barry is putting his word in Public against Eric who wrote a letter in Private with a stated intent of overthrowing the company?
"I have spoken to dozens of investors today by phone from our Kansas facility where I am overseeing the production of millions of food bars and tons of treats to meet retailer demand."

How do you reconcile the fact that Eric was the controller of the company during these alleged misdoings and said nothing until he was fired?
