My guess would be that all the info. about EPGL on websites other than the OTC website gets their information second hand from SEC sources or something to that effect. That's why some of the info. is updated and some refers to Valenzano, etc. etc.
Once the company changes name and gets a new CUSIP number, all those other websites will then have new company info. to post and you should start to see same same across the different sites.
IMO, of course.
