It would be interesting to see how many shares would be tendered if Jerry Lenfest made an offer to buy all shares he doesn't own for $20.00 per share.

That would work out to less than an additional investment of $800,000.00 to buy all the shares not held by insiders.

That would be a bid that no one could refuse if it was done with a 1000 for one reverse and he forced a buy of all shares below 10.. Then he could donate TEVE to an Institution for a well deserved tax w/o.. At the same time the Institution could have a prearranged sale to another to monitize the asset..

Just a thought. hank
