fyi, SLME has finalized their capital raise, and it includes participation by their chairman as well as their largest single shareholder.

Their cash coffers are full and they are ready to proceed with further development of I-1 as well as additional properties.

It may seem insignificant to us beleaguered WGAS bagholders, but a cash-laden partner in I-1 is an asset.
