As I´ve written some hours ago:
I am a German shareholder and I´ve written the following e-mail yesterday (01.10.2013) to Amarantus:


Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I am a German shareholder of the amarantus stock. I´ve seen the
presentation and I am of the opinion, that the path you´re trying to find seems to be a hopeful and probably successful one.

Unfortunately the sp of the amarantus stock decreased dramaticaly
after the announcement.

A lot of people who might be bashers are pointing out, that the
massive trading volume of the last two days is the result of the fact, that amarantus is massive diluting.

Would you be so kind to verify ore deny this statement.

The Company has not raised capital to dilute shareholders. None of the officers or directors have sold shares. We very much believe in the fundamentals of the Company.
