I'm pretty sure you know who Steven is, so I assume you are asking for those that may not. Steven is Bill Gray's stooge. For many years he would call about once every two months looking for money. He would make promise after promise which became lie after lie. He is always looking for new victims because his lies are only good for one or two rounds. Steven was basically a company tout that sold shares directly from the company instead of in the open market. shares were restricted or stock certificates were delayed so people couldn't sell into their pump..which allowed insiders to manipulate price and dilute at the expense of new investors. Surely you know what Steven is all about.
