If I said this once, I've said it a hundred times. "TWITTER" holds no weight. It's only entertainment. People can say anything and face no penalties for making un-true statements unless it threatens someone or slander someone. Why else would a so called merged company throw all their news on twitter instead of market news where it belngs? There's no way in hell EPGL will remain "CURRENT"(whenever that will be) if they put all their business on "TWITTER".
