Its true that the United States government has a corporation. But the conspiracy theory claims are completely off the mark and the fact the government has a corporation is different from the government being a corporation. The roots of what you posted are not new, by the way - it comes from the conspiracy lore created by the sovereign citizen/freeman on the land movement/tax protester woo movements going back to the 1970s. The "argument", of course, has no relationship to reality.

As with most things conspiracy theorists blow up and out of proportion, the reality is simple. Although the United States government has a corporation, it has little to do with the "all corporations are evil/out to kill us all" conspiracy mythology assigned to them. A corporation is simply a way to direct liability claims and establish someone to charge when an organization makes mistakes that cannot be directly traced to a single actor in the organization. Its actually there to help citizens seek redress from their government.

Without a corporation, if the IRS charged me for taxes I do not owe I can't do anything about it without finding the person who made the error. Given the size of the IRS I'd never find them - and it could have been a computer error anyways. With a corporation, I can sue the IRS as a whole without having to find an individual person who has wronged me.

Without a corporation, no one would work for the government. They would be personally liable for their mistakes. If I did find that a person made the error, without the liability shielding of a corporation I could sue them in their personal capacity. Given the large size of the federal government and the number of errors they are going to make on a day to day basis, no one would dare work for government.

So yes, the US has a corporation. But unlike conspiracy fear mongering, its actually a good thing for citizens (and public sector employees).

The ADL keeps track of people putting up these arguments because the group comes close to being right-wing
terrorism (since if you follow the arguments to their conclusion we should be shutting down the government):

This is a personal webpage, but I recommend it because it comprehensively addresses and debunks everything you copy and pasted. As with all personal webpages we should not take it at face value - if we did that we would be just like the conspiracy theorists. However, unlike conspiracy theorist webpages this is well cited and sourced, so you can see for yourself. You will find it all debunked quite thoroughly: http://home.hiwaay.net/~becraft/deadissues.htm

The other "arguments" are standard issue Federal Reserve conspiracy propaganda, for a comprehensive debunking see:
