Watch the Mosky deal unwind as his attorney files to overturn his plea deal. It's very hard to overturn a plea deal in federal court but the grown-ups at the SEC want this steaming pile, gone.

David Patch handed his info over to the feds and they came after SPNG with everything they had...so far they were able to collect a cool $100.

Since they're government workers they'll all be promoted and the fine will go towards the Spice channel for another month. A win-win for the DOJ and taxpayers.
