GBEN Is On Immediate ALERT!

GBEN is an early stage clean energy development company seeking to deliver Clean Renewable Energy around the world.

The Company is interested in the development and commercialization prospects of new and innovative fuel cell technologies aimed at creating a safer and cleaner environment.

GBEN could revolutionize the alternative energy sector!

Here's Why

The company has acquired an innovative hydrogen fuel cell technology license that shows extraordinary promise in early stage testing. GBEN believes the Mycroft Fuel Cell? Technology represents a game-changing opportunity in the alternative energy sector and aims to advance and prove the feasibility of this potentially disruptive technology as a commercially viable technology with immense potential.

I believe that the penny stock community has not fully wrapped their heads around how big this this technology is or how it actually works!!

GBEN has acquired an innovative hydrogen fuel cell technology that shows extraordinary promise in early stage testing!

Fuel cell technology offers clean efficient and reliable power generation to almost any device requiring electrical power. To give you an idea of how powerful this acquisition is, just look at where it competes to replace a range of power supplies in many portable, stationary and transport applications, from battery chargers to home heating and to power cars!

GBEN executed the close of a commercial assignment agreement with Atrius Holdings in regards to the assumption of patents and related interests in an alternative energy technology identified as the MyCroft Hydrogen R-LEG Fuel Cell.

The MyCroft technology is an innovative Recirculating Loop Electric Generator (R-LEG) which uses hydrogen as a catalyst but not as a fuel source.

The technology shows considerable promise as a fuel cell power source utilizing mechanical action as opposed to chemical reaction to create electricity.

Early studies show distinct promise in micro power environments with the distinct potential for eventual industrial scale applications!

GBEN believes the Mycroft Fuel Cell Technology represents a game-changing opportunity in the alternative energy sector and aims to advance and prove the feasibility of this potentially disruptive technology as a commercially viable technology with immense potential.

About MyCroft Fuel Cell Technology

Traditional fuel cells convert the chemical energy from a fuel into electricity through a chemical reaction with oxygen or another oxidizing agent.

Hydrogen is the most common fuel, but hydrocarbons such as natural gas and alcohols like methanol are sometimes used.

Fuel cells are different from batteries in that they require a constant source of fuel and oxygen to run, but they can produce electricity continually for as long as these inputs are supplied.

The MyCroft Fuel Cell technology differs in a fundamental manner. It's known as a Recirculating Loop Electric Generator (R-LEG) and while it requires a quantity of 'hydrogen fuel,' this fuel is not consumed but sealed within a loop and is pushed over a catalyst to create electricity.

Therefore the system requires no 'fuel' other than a source of energy to move the hydrogen through the loop!

With all that being said here is a little more information regarding the market GBEN has now.

GBEN is thrilled to introduce its new technology as the outlook for fuel cells has continued to improve in the last few years.

Fuel cells are selling without subsidies in many markets and more than 700,000 fuel cells were sold cumulatively between 2005 and 2011.

Portable, stationary and transport applications are all exhibiting growth.

By 2015, conservative estimates see upwards of 25,000 units sold per year in each of the stationary and transport sectors, with clear potential for significant growth beyond this.

"There's been a dramatic turnaround in the past six to nine months of the need for this (hydrogen fuel cells) in the future" said Scott Samuelsen, National Fuel Cell Research Center director, in an interview. "What has not yet occurred is the action that will be needed to meet the needs by 2015."

According to Bloomberg.com, by 2015, automakers including Toyota Motor Co. are aiming to introduce their first fuel-cell vehicles in the U.S.!

Honda Motor Co.'s FCX Clarity and Daimler AG (DAI)'s Mercedes Benz B-Class are available now in parts of California, where environmental rules encourage zero-emission vehicles.

Over the last five years there has been a TWENTY-FOLD INCREASE in shipments of fuel cells with year-on-year growth in both units and megawatts shipped.

In 2010, total shipments of fuel cells grew by 40% compared with the previous year, approaching a new high of 230,000 units.

Portable fuel cells accounted for 95% of this total but there was substantial growth in other sectors. Over 97% of fuel cells sold worldwide in 2010 used proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) technology, and most were hydrogen-fuelled.

Europe has been the leading region of adoption for fuel cells since 2009, followed by North America and Asia (including Japan), with all four regions (including the Rest of the World) seeing substantial increases in shipments over that time.

This opportunity for GBEN is so big that it can be a complete game changer on green energy. Take a look at some of these very interesting articles:

GBEN intends to accelerate research and development of the MyCroft technology in order to optimize design efficiencies and to identify near term commercial applications and to ramp production from prototype to industrial product designs.

Key results indicate that the mechanical power from the expanding gas is converted to electrical power with an efficiency that is essentially one. This indicates an effective 100% conversion at the catalyst. This extraordinary result means that the overall conversion efficiency of the MyCroft device will be almost exclusively dominated by the force-to-pressure conversion mechanism.

Potential applications include: Implantable Medical Devices, Prosthetics, Electric Vehicles, Manufacturing Facilities, Remote Sensing, Marine Power, Aerospace, Emergency Power, and Public Transit.

This company has technology which can quickly transform the entire renewable energy sector. When you factor in exciting developments from the company recently as well as the extremely favorable technical setup of the stock, we believe that an amazing opportunity is being presented to our readers!

I am issuing an immediate alert on GBEN! This company could have a major impact on several key sectors with their advanced fuel cell technology! Begin researching this incredible trading opportunity immediately! I am expecting the action to heat up I want everyone to be fully prepared!

GBEN recently announced that after installing more than 50 "CLED" LED street lights in New Orleans over the past two years for a pilot project, the city plans to continue their program of migration to highly efficient LED lighting. In an announcement made by Mayor Nagin's Public Works Director Robert Mendoza, the city plans to spend $5.34 million on streetlights this year: $1.5 million from its general fund, $2.9 million in Disaster Community Development Block Grant money for post-Katrina repairs and $940,000 to begin a conversion to LEDs, or light-emitting diode lamps, which are more expensive but can last as long as 12 years. Mendoza said he hopes to convert to LEDs in four years. ( )

GBEN has taken some huge steps forward placing the Company in an excellent position for growth. They have released quite a few significant press releases all of which indicate the Company's Huge Growth potential!
