Yes, sorry for not addressing that as more rhetorical. He has been sitting with the same 10k or 50k bid/ask with millions of shares for a while now day-to-day. Generally speaking, it doesn't make sense to show now just because of an email that was sent. Especially when clients/customers have requested it be hidden. It sounds like a misleading excuse is all I'm saying.
