The formula for determining the value of BCIT stock until plans for BCIT future could be something like this:

(Last known Traded Price + #of BCIT shareholders/x + $1.00) * #ofyrs since SEC Halt.

For example: (.15 + 1200/100 + 1) * 7 = (13.15)*7 = $92.05

$92.05 per share - Not bad for a start

The #of-BCIT-shareholders/x will become known as the misery factor. The variable x can be a number from 1 to 100 to determine the actual misery factor one wants to apply.
