Well the o/s didn't change but the float went up which generally means a restrictive legend was removed. In order to do that, whoever owns the shares has to have a lawyer write an opinion letter to send to the t/a stating why those shares are allowed to have their restriction removed. Most of IDLM restricted shares are eligible to be converted regardless, and all of them can be if they get SEC approval for IDLM. Anyway, 475k does sound like a familiar number from the past so maybe we can put the pieces together here and see what happened.
