First, I wish you nothing but the best of luck, that being said let’s examine your post. First:

"Just maybe this one time no news is good news. IMO something must be happening it is to quite"

I have heard that same sentiment hundreds of times, however, the reality is this company is quite for long periods of time because they have nothing to say.

Second:

"let's dream maybe takeover of another company, going into some new business outside of lighting, buy back of shares, New management, another name change, big contract with big box store."

Let’s assume a takeover for the fun of it. If the company that took over paid a 100% premium , which by the way is unheard of, the stock would double to two cents. If they went into a new business it would mark about the 4th or 5th time in less than a decade they have gone down that road. How has that worked out so far? As far as buying back shares, you need money to do that and they have none. A name change? Change your name as many times as you want it does nothing to the share price nor should it. Big contract with box store? Why and for what? Does this company manufacture a patented earth shattering product with a huge demand. If so then maybe a big box store would want to lock it up. Lighting products made in china doesn't fit the bill though! How about a new IR firm? Really, for what to promote or tout the company to artificially inflate the price? If you notice real companies don't need tout firms to spam email and message boards to garner attention.

Last:

"And the best dream Capstone at 15 cents by the end of 2013"

Well you were predicting .25 a few months ago so even your estimate has gone down, lol! If you want to dream about 15 baggers that’s fine but I hope your investment strategy doesn't revolve around "dreams".

Good luck to you in the future
