I read it very closely. They originated as a wine company that failed. As of a few months ago, they are a film company. Originally out of Nevada/Colorado then BC, now Hong Kong. They have an agreement to produce 2 films, but it is subject to financing by them, not Hairun. They are still in pre-production, have no operations, cash on hand, or financing. Until it's produced, sold, distributed, and profitable, it's just propaganda. Hairun is an actual company and has 5 movies in production, but not with SVEN currently. Right now, it's not much different than a miner having rights to land that's adjacent to a place that once produced the most of something at one time. Potential upside, but nothing tangible.
