I must remind you---------
There is NO executive order that can supersede any Amendment to the Constitution.

Old man Bush had issued an Executive order regulating some assault weapons (imports or magazines? I don't remember specifics)
Clinton added to the order when dealers found a loophole.

Repeat:
There is no way to remove an Amendment except with another Amendment!
