how to NOT trade based on emotions:

- Write down on a piece of paper your exit price.
- Trade only what you can afford to loose.
- Come up with a solid percentage you're willing to lose
- Don't get in and out so many times... each time you do you're paying commission


With this said, VUME is well above my exit price so i'm holding on
