Yes and yes. No doubt HB needs cash. I think the real driver is that it appears ... appears that HB may go the loan financing route vs. dilution. No sense sellers in selling into a dilution that won't happen, at least for a few years. So up we go.

What I see as a more likely scenario now, is that HB will look for a loan that should come at a much lower interest rate than 11.something%. He'll try for $300-$$400M. The interest payments for three years will be in the $85-$120M range. He'll have $300-$400M cash pile to pay for trials. When the stock reaches $40 - $50 pps, and free cash flow of $200M-$300M/year, he'll float 10m shares and pay off the loan.
