I think a CR of about 1500 rock bottom to 3300 likely.

6000 top,. Based on half the cost ($2m) of an IPO of this size of $55m is 7% of that or $4m.

NHs wouldn't go for it if anywhere close to 10,000 if we think the 900m is theirs

1.2b/3300= 360k.

In round#s 100k for the float and 300k for NHs
