They only need an attorney letter once a year for the annual report due to the rules change. They should have 120 days after posting the annual report to file the attorney from I am reading.

I doubt the pink current info status has anything to do with a audit or edgar filing. My guess, rules changed (1st of year more than likely) and the yield sign went away for up to 120 days.
