imiloa...first of all, you make it seem like I want a reverse to happened. Nothing could be further from the truth. Trust me. But, I have seen this played out many times.

Yes, let's see how the first quarter holds up and see if they can build from th so-called 9,000 store distribtion business.

But, if more funds are needed, then a r/s might just occur.

Sure, if it's only a 1:5 and THEN no further dilution, then yes, then the PPS would surely, increase. BUT, if funds are needed, then dilution occurs. Sorry to have to be the bearer of the reality of it all, but that's the true.

There are a few of us that hold a tremendous position in OPHI and have back it for sometime, now. But, it gets to the point that things need to be a changing, if you know what I mean.

More transparency for one. More shareholder interest and concerns.

You have a company that gives shareS to a firm to create an Investment Awareness Program, which for one, was a major reason why I continued to invest in OPHI. And what happens? Why am I the only one with these concerns? Seems old, doesn't it.

Don't be shocked if I thought are true. More shareholders need to step up to the plate and look after their investment before it's too late.

Good luck.
